  • Our regular check-in time is 3 PM. We do our best to accommodate every guest immediately upon their arrival, but due to our limited number of villas it can not always be available. Should you absolutely need an early check-in, we definitely recommend you book an extra night prior to your arrival.

  • Late checkout is subject to daily availability and possible extra fee; they can only be confirmed the evening prior to departure.

  • Our property is located 45 minutes from Phuket Airport (HKT). The Bell offers private transportation services from and to the airport, which is the most convenient way to travel to our property. We have worked hard to offer you some of the most competitive hotel transfer prices; a booking at least 2 hours prior to arrival/departure is required.

    • Private SUV for a maximum of 3 persons with luggage - 950THB / way

    • Private VAN for a maximum of 8 persons with luggage - 1,500THB / way

    • Luxury VAN for a maximum of 5 persons with luggage - 1,800THB / way

    On the day of your arrival, our airport representative will be waiting at exits #3 and #4 at the International Terminal and will be holding our hotel sign with your name on it. In case you cannot find him please give us a call at [+66935811890].

  • Villas Capacity:

    - Maximum 1 extra person for: Honeymoon Private Pool Villa 1 Bedroom, Family Private Pool Villa 2 Bedroom, Luxury Private Pool Villa 3 Bedroom.

    - Maximum 2 extra persons for: Presidential Private Pool Villa 4 Bedroom.

    - An extra bed is only possible in every master bedroom of each villa.

    Pricing:

    - Extra-person with no bed, no breakfast, and no particular setup: FREE

    - Extra-person with bed and breakfast: THB1500/night

    - Extra baby (under 3 years old) with baby cot, no breakfast: FREE

    (Note that extra persons will need to be confirmed with the hotel at least 48h in advance prior to check-in. Extra beds are upon availability only. Extra persons are limited according to villa type; please see the above notes. Breakfast can be ordered A La Carte for the members for whom breakfast is not included.)

  • Pets are allowed (with prior hotel's permission) but should never be left unattended in the villa. Pets must stay quiet along the stay and must be kept on a leash when on resort property unless it is in the guest's villa. It is not allowed for pets to sleep on our beds/sofas. The resort may charge a deposit to cover any extra cost, and extra cleaning or damage shall be charged accordingly. Should a pet causes disturbances (noise, aggressive attitude, etc.), the resort reserves the right to refuse the pet to stay at the property.

 

UPON CHECK-IN

  • Upon your arrival at The Bell, you will be escorted to your villa. All check-ins will be done in the privacy of your villa. To do that, our team will need the following:

    - Your valid Passport

    - Your Departure Card (A small piece of paper you receive upon entering the country)

    - The credit card you made your booking with (Note, the credit card used for the booking will need to be presented and its owner present. Should this not be possible, a new payment (credit or cash) of the same booking amount will be charged)

    After signing our Guest Registration Form, one of our Villa Host Team will show you around and brief you on using the facilities and entertainment systems.

  • Upon check-in at The Bell Pool Villa Resort, our Villa Host Team will show you your private villa and its facilities. Our Villa Host Team will be reachable on our mobile application “The Bell app” (or at the lobby) to assist you with anything you might need from ordering food, and booking activities to arranging restaurant reservations or giving you tips on the best places to visit on the island.

    Connect with Our Villa Host Team via our “The Bell app” and let them help you make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible!

  • Upon check-in, you will be provided access to The Bell App. With this app, you can connect with our Villa Host Team and ask them for anything. You can also order In-Villa Dining, book massages, order a taxi, and book activities.

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Breakfast is available between 8 AM - 11 AM. The Bell signature breakfast can be ordered through The Bell App. The breakfast will be prepared by our chefs and will be served pool-side in the comfort of your private pool villa at your requested time.

  • Our Bar/ Restaurant is currently under renovation and once completed will be re-opened. Our In-Villa Dining concept on the other hand is fully operational.

  • All In-Villa Dining can be ordered through The Bell App between 11 AM - 10 PM.

    - Lunch is currently being operated by a local restaurant operator, but we can assure you the standard is very high! Lunch is delivered to your villa from 11 AM - 6 PM

    - Dinner is prepared by our in-house chefs and served in-villa. (available from 6 PM - 10 PM)

  • A stay in a pool villa just isn’t complete without a BBQ. Through The Bell App, you can easily book a Signature BBQ set with or without a chef.

  • Our spacious villas are the perfect setting for a relaxing massage. Our licensed, professional masseuses are always ready to help you relax your muscles with a Traditional Thai Massage or your mind with an Aromatic Massage of your choice. You are also welcome to explore our array of beauty treatments to maximize your holiday’s rejuvenating effect!

    We recommend having your massage under your sala, by the pool, but we are also ready to set up in your bedroom, should you choose to enjoy your treatment in a cooler environment.

    All treatments can be booked through The Bell App.

  • We have an extensive list of handpicked experiences that are easily booked through The Bell App.

  • Our regular check-in time is 3 PM. This is to grant enough time for our Housekeeping Team to deep-clean your villa and get it ready for your arrival.

    After the initial cleaning, every villa is cleaned daily between 9 AM and 5 PM. Our Team always tries their best to clean your villa while you are out exploring, therefore we encourage all our guests to book the time of cleaning through The Bell App for minimal disturbance. Bedsheets are changed every third day unless otherwise requested.

  • Our complimentary shuttle bus is now being operated around Kamala. You will be able to book it on our The Bell App.

    Our shuttle will leave from the resort and drive our guests to 3 locations:

    • Cafe Del Mar Kamala

    • Tsunami Monument Kamala Beach

    • Big C Market Kamala

    Departures:

    • From hotel: 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00

    • From Cafe Del Mar Kamala: 11:15, 12:15, 13:15, 14:15, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15

    • From Tsunami Monument Kamala Beach: 11:25, 12:25, 13:25, 14:25, 15:25, 16:25, 17:25

    • Big C Market Kamala: 11:35, 12:35, 13:35, 14:35, 15:35, 16:35, 17:35

    Conditions:

    • The shuttle needs to be booked an hour prior to departure.

    • If a roundtrip is required, each way needs to be booked on The Bell App.

    • Time is fixed and guests need to arrive on time at the pickup point. Late arrivals will need to book again and wait for the next trip.

    • Pickup points and drop-off points are fixed.

  • Please contact your Villa Host regarding your check-out time upon which we will come to your villa, collect the key and settle any outstanding bills. Late checkout is subject to daily availability and possible extra fee; they can only be confirmed the evening prior to departure.
