• The credit card provided during the initial booking process will not be charged; it is held securely as a guarantee for your reservation.
  All payments must be made through the secure payment link or via bank transfer.
  Offline payments (charging a credit card outside the frame of a payment gateway, manually inputting the number and expiration date in the EDC machine) are no longer considered secure in Thailand and are increasingly subject to fraud.

• Non-refundable rates must be paid within 48 hours of booking. The resort reserves the right to cancel any unpaid booking after this period.

• Flexible rates are fully refundable up until the flexible option expiry date (typically 21 days prior to arrival). Please ensure full payment is completed before this deadline. If payment is not received within 48 hours after the expiry, the resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
