The Bell Pool Villa Resort consist of 16 individual Private Pool Villa units of varying sizes, all surrounded by a lush, tropical forest.  Complete privacy is the key for all our villas, which make them ideal for romantic couple getaways, private honeymooners, families or even bigger groups in need of ultimate relaxation. Our property currently holds a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice and a Certificate of Excellence award from 2016 and 2017, as well as awards from the World Luxury Hotel and Spa Association.

Our property is located 45 minutes from Phuket Airport (HKT). The Bell offers private transportation services from and to the airport, which is the most convenient way to travel to our property.

- Private SUV for a maximum of 3 persons with luggage - 1,100THB /way
- Luxury VAN for a maximum of 9 persons with luggage - 1,300THB /way

After filling out the request form above, your airport transfer is automatically confirmed. Should your arrival time or flight details change, feel free to submit the form again, we will know what to do!

On the day of your arrival, our airport representative will be waiting at exit #3 and #4 at the International Terminal and will be holding our hotel sign up with your name on it. In case you cannot find him please give us a call at +6676279914.  


Upon your arrival to The Bell, after being offered a welcome drink, you will be checked in. To do that, our team will need the following:

- Your valid Passport
- Your Departure Card (A small piece of paper you receive upon entering the country)
- The credit card your made your booking with (Note, it has to be valid upon your arrival)
- THB 1000/night deposit (max. 10’000) in cash, or a credit card we can reserve the same amount on
(Note, that this amount will be returned to your upon check-out. We can not reserve payments on debit cards)

After signing our Guest Registration Form, you will be escorted to your private pool villa, where one of our Front Desk Team members will show you around and brief you on using the facilities and entertainment systems.


Our regular check in time is 3PM. We do our best to accommodate every guest immediately upon their arrival, but due to our limited number of units it can not always be guaranteed. To help us best prepare to your arrival, please indicate your early check-in request in advance!
Guest who have to wait for their villa to be ready can make themselves comfortable in our lobby, take a refreshing shower and enjoy a cocktail in the meantime. Alternatively, we can hold your luggages and you can take your Free Beach Shuttle or our complimentary bicycles to explore Kamala!


In the beginning of your stay at The Bell Pool Villa Resort you will be introduced to your Villa Host. Your Host will be there throughout your stay to assist you with anything you might need from ordering food, booking activities to arranging restaurant reservations or giving you tips on the best places to visit on the island.

Every booking at The Bell Pool Villa Resort includes The Bell Signature In-villa Breakfast. The breakfast form can be submitted at the Front Desk or to your Villa Host by 8PM the day before.

How to fill out the breakfast form:

  • Choose a time when you would like your breakfast to be delivered. Note, that your breakfast will arrive in the selected 30 minute window

  • Indicate the date of breakfast, your name, villa number and the number of people staying with you on the card

  • Select the indicated number of items in each of the 6 sections on the card (eg.: if you have 4 people staying in your villa, under Sweets Choices you can select 1 item per person. In this case you could order 2 Pancakes, 1 Waffle and 1 Fruit Plate)

In-villa Spa


Our spacious villas are the perfect setting for a relaxing massage. Our licensed, professional masseuses are alway ready to help you relax your muscles with a Traditional Thai Massage or your mind with an Aromatic Massage of your choice. You are also welcome to explore our array of beauty treatments to maximise your holiday’s rejuvenating effect!

We recommend to have your massage under your sala, by the pool, but we are also ready to set up in your bedroom, should you choose to enjoy your treatment in a cooler environment.

In-villa Activities


Despite the beautiful scenery and intoxicating vibes of Phuket, sometime one just wants to stay in and enjoy the company of their family and friends, swim in the pool or lay down with a cocktail in hand. This is why we made sure, that there is plenty of things to do and enjoy in the privacy of your villa.

Our Cooking Classes and In-villa BBQ are the perfect chance to explore the local cuisine with the help of a professional, who will stay with you for the duration of the meal.

Muay Thai, or Thai boxing is know to be a sport for both the body and mind. Take a dive into the technique and culture of this magnificent martial art with an experienced trainer and former champion.

Yoga and Flying yoga are also available in-villa. As these private services are tailored to your individual needs, please contact your Villa Host for more information!



We at The Bell strive to provide an authentic and memorable experience for everyone choosing to spend their holiday with us. With that in mind, we came up with a set of unique activities which will allow you to explore the island of Phuket, taking the comfort and privacy of our resort with you along the way.

Beyond our signature activities we offer a multitude of other programs, such as golfing, visits to the elephant sanctuary or the Phuket FantaSea show. Your Villa Host will be delighted to give you more information and book the tickets for you.

Getting around Phuket can be a hassle. We provide a range of different options for our guest who wish to explore Kamala, Patong and the surrounding areas.
Our Free Beach Shuttle runs 5 times a day. To get further, book a private car or explore all the touristic hot-spots around the island with either a private charter or your own rented vehicle!


Our regular check-in time is 3PM. This is to grant enough time for our Housekeeping Team to deep-clean your villa and get it ready for your arrival.
After the initial cleaning, every villa is cleaned daily between 9AM and 5PM. Our Team always tries their best to clean your villa while you are out exploring, therefore we encourage all our guests to liaise the time of cleaning with their Villa Host for minimal disturbance. Note, that in certain cases we might not be able to comply with you requested time window, but our Housekeeping Team will do their best to do so.
The cleaning usually takes 30 to 40 minutes, during which the entire villa is refreshened and organised. Your pool will be cleaned and your garden retouched. Our maids do the dishes, mop the floor and wipe all the dirty surfaces. Your belongings might be organised and your clothes folded. Bedsheets are changed every other day unless otherwise requested.
